i have just purchased a boxsuper and my cable provider is virgin media in glasgow. The automatic scan picks up only the normal free channels. I have read on many threads that by "pressing menu and 1570" will open a new menu where the emu setting is. When I press menu and 1570 nothing happens.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am completely new to this.

Needs flashing with firmware. Download the chatterbox toolbar you will find it there. v8.00e

Thanks for the advice.
I downloaded the toolbar and uploaded starview 3 and box super release which uploaded to the box fine.
However, now it finds no programs - what have I done wrong?

Again I apologise but as a newbie this is mega confusing!!!!

Make sure you choose the correct provider for your area before you scan then menu 1570 turn EMU on then exit exit and go to sly sports 511 and let it update.
