Hi,
I have managed to get progdvb working with VPlug, thanks to posts on this site. I used the same transponder.ini as given here: A few questions after reading this forum. DVB-C related I currently have 93 channels and 34 radio and 7 other 135 in total. I seem to be missing a few channels lfc, tvx for eg. Could someone tell me if my .ini file is correct or if there is something else i am doing wrong. I am in N*L Dublin. Thanks |

TheInsaan posted a "bruteforce" transponder list for progdvb in the downloads section. I've attached a copy of it here (just remove the .txt - had to add this to upload it). This should check ALL available transponders and so should give you all the channels available.

You could well be right about it not working in Ireland! In theory it should work as it should scan all the available transponders so no matter where they've put them, the scan should find them. That said, I'm in Kent so what do I know?!?
You'll have to let us know how you get on, unless anyone else in Dublin fancies sharing their transponder list? Good luck dmck. ![]() |

Hi thank you very much for the reply's.
I tried the uk bruteforce (i changed the symbol rate) and i also tried the freq's in the xml file, still not getting liverpool tv, chealsea tv tvx etc. Does someone in my area have to be subscribed to these channels in order to receive them with progdvb? thanks d Last edited by dmck; 21-11-08 at 01:18 PM. |
