Hi

I know some dont agree on here but I still think the best way is either optical or coax for the audio.I have a 7:1 system and I still find that is the best quality sound.

or you can add an AV Receiver.

I'm in the same boat, PS3, XBOX, Wii, DVD player Sky HD+, DM800 and only 2 hdmi connections on my TV

Connections details required on the TV and the surround system(amp). Pictures would help. Simplest way are the 2 phono o/p's (if it has them) on the TV to an i/p on the amp 1 red, 1 white, that way you don't have to switch i/p's on the amp, then there is coaxial or optical.

From what I can make out from the instructions the HDMi o/p from the surround sound amp is only an o/p. So to get sound from all your other components you will need to connect a scart lead (not a cheep one as you will regret it at some stage) from the scart socket on the Surround sound amp to scart 1 on the TV. Then commect all other components where possible.
Would suggest SKY+ tv o/p to scart 2 on TV
DVD recorder to Scart vcr o/p on SKY + reciever
connect PS3 with HDMi to on of the sockets on the back of the TV
use the other HDMi socket on the TV to connect the DVD surround sound amp.
The WII can be connected to the i/p 6 on the side of the TV using a Phono lead with 3 plugs(1 red, 1 White, 1 Yellow)
Now if all is well you should be able to listen to all sound if you select Dolby pro logic, Dolby pro logic II Movies, Dolby pro logic II Music, sound fields. this is on page 26 of the dav-dz230 instructions.

Hope this helps. Think i have covered everything but I would find it much easier if I was there looking at it.
Best of luck
