Hello guys, thought i'd just say hello really before I dived into the mental world of serial numbers, cable types and null modems?!

Just registered on Tech Watch, it's by far the best Forum for this type of thing that I have come across yet. I have just this minute placed an order a Eurovox PVR 5000. Well looking forward to receiving it in the post!!

I am a complete novice so I am sure i'll have loads of questions as the weeks go by.

Anyways - Hope all is good people!

Plenty of forum members on here to help you out, I've learnt lots, but still read, and when I post topics recieve lots of very useful advice

One thing I have found is that nearly all the Questions new people ask have been asked before so using the search button above saves posting a lot of threads with the same questions.
