ok well i have a eurovox max v, been working fine , today i thought i would give a new power scan to get the sky channels that are now on vm , but now it wont find anything, tried the different frequencies etc, restored my box and cleared channel data etc but still nothing?

im in North west (lpool)

any ideas?

did you scan with the correct symbolrate (pretty sure yours is 6952)
scan directly from the cable feed ie remove splitters etc.

ok just trying it now with that symbol rate although im pretty sure ive tried with all lol

just out of curiosity when does it usually start picking up transponders?

thanks smoggy must of been the symbol rate its now picking the channels up
