Just Copy your Service and bow k s from the working box
To the non working box
Doesent matter wot chips they are
As long as you dont transfer the Images .....Paul

Hi,

thanks for helping, were will i find services is it a file, i did see a service but it was only 1kb,

the images are the same both boxes, but one is a 1x and the other is a 2x,

I'll look for the service file.

Hi

You need to ftp your services and bouquets from the working box to non working box using an ftp program. Just do a search on ftp should put you on right track.

both files bouquet.xml and service.xml are in the var/tuxbox/config/zapit folder

hi,

I ahve transfered the 2 files for working box to knackered box, set location to edinburgh, scan on sym6952 , fast scan off, and still nothing.

the whole point of transferring the service file is to stop the need to scan. scanning creates the service file,....transfer the file only and see if u can see the channels

there may be other files midding from the non-working box image...transfer the var/keys from the working box and transfer them to the non-working and make sure emu selected is evocamd and ucode 001a
