hi gary thanks...but that does'nt seem to work...nothing happens when i type in the numbers....
i read last night on the forum to type menu then press yellow then enter key...but it did'nt work either...

any other suggestions?

it looks like you only have the free to air software on your box so what you are trying to do will not work.
you will only get the FTA channels until you flash with the latest firmware dated 18/04/2008

the june 07 firmwre isnt fta although it wont update the keys automatically as its now a different key roll method

manually inputting the keys will work as long as you use the correct provider + keys

do you know your ex-provider and symbol rate?

all the above only matters if you fail to flash it lol
but you still need to know your symbol rate

thanks to everyone who answered my post...
my box is now up and running and was incredibly easy to update the firmware...and whats better...i know what that is now

and my boyfriend is not huffing anymore...
