help wanted please eurovox max v 2008 wants me to insert a smartcard

hi all...im new here and have recently got this box....i did a powerscan for the channels and that was ok...they came up .but then the machine wants a smartcard inserted and says that the signal is scrambled from the provider
can someone tell me what i need to do...
before my boyfriend has a big huff

Did it happen within last few mins? As mine went off about 5 mins ago, seems VM have updated their keys so you'll need to input them(if you have them, I dont before you ask ) thats if you've not got latest firmware

hi...im not sure if its happenned within the last 5 mins or so..as ive literally justt set it up...its letting me have a few channels but..not the good ones....
and i really dont know what im doing at all....

i found the keys (i think) for my area...but am not sure how to put them in

dont worry codes are updating switch it to sky sports 1 will come back on. thats if u have the new firmware on ur box .

in mean time to get it back working input the news codes manually.
Click menu>languages> hit 1968 1968 in on keypad twice then scroll across until you find your provider(N*L) and update the new code
