hi can anyone help me i cant get the new sky 1,2.3 etc how can i update these channels manualy i know the frequencey but dont no how to do it thanks

Hi and welcome to Techwatch

menu/installation/OK
set your cable network provider usink left/right arrows
select manual scan/OK
highlight frequency and input the number you want using the remote control.
symbolrate/ check it is the correct one
constellation/64QAM
network scan/disable

press OK on remote and it will scan that frequency
