Hi Guys/Girls,

Will Eurovox every bring out a new firmware that will supercede the Apr 08 one, in particular I am thinking about the fiddly process of updating the channels which has 'Auto Sort Favourites' on as a default.

OR

Can I use a later firmware for a different model ?

Latest firmware is 18.04.08. If you search ''auto sort'' you'll find alot off threads regarding turning auto sort off.

Richardw_99 if you look around for firmware or in the downloads there is an unofficial firmware that will get rid of the Autosort feature for you.
I find it annoying, i must update

2 Quick questions, if I may:

1. Has/is anyone used/using it and can confirm it works ok.
2. I'm fairly sure the boxes are originals but is this clone safe. If not I will need to search for 'how to tell, if clone' guide

Can anyone confirm if they have used the MAX-V no autosort firmware please.

Sorry to be impatient, but I will be running it on someone else's box and need to be sure it won't brick it (plus, I messed up their favourites,so they giggered until I visit)
