NOT TRUE! As openmedia has two separate chips installed hence can put two separate images one sat and one cable and there is a switch at the back which can be put to cable/sat prior to turning the box on, and if you want to change per se from sat to cable just hard switch off the box (from mains) and put the switch to cable and it will load cable image, and vise versa!
By the way openmedia will take same images as DB500c/DB500s!
