Default pace 1000 not booting

hi guys its me again the pain in your sides lol manage to get me hands on a old pace 1000 plugged it in got into eng screen to chance the fequence to my area no the porb is the thing wont boot up at all just sais pace and a green light carnt get back in to eng screen tried the big red jump and sorting the battery out evern tried the ok left and tv buttons have i killed my first box ok is it salvageable help if ya can plz thanks

yes just a blank black screen i was thinking that i might have to libby the box to reinsall all the right software i think i might have accedently killed it

You will need to set net id, you can use libby or a funcard.

ok got the box up and running with the right net id but when i rebboted the box opps back to stuck in pace and wont go any further hmmmmm could this be the tuners that need to be fixed with a 70p maplins jobby

there a tut on how to change a few cap in your box if its stuck in tune and it cost about 70p for the bits so he called it the 70p fix witch quiet amused me lol
