after a new install 2 days ago the company i got my starview off didnt send a splitter so what i did is just take out the newly installed VM box and plug in my starview. this is ok isnt it? not going to cause any problems anywhere?
please let me know cos im reading alot about using cable splitters but i presume this is for multiple boxes ![]() i dont need to keep the original legit connected too do i? if so why? thanks |

you have a sub with v/m they do send updates to the box every now and again if its not updating they might want to no why i would split the connection and leave your sub box on so it can update
what most people do is split it to a different room so you have best of both worlds
