Default Smartcard invalid

Right guys i hope someone can help me i have done loads of fun cards so i am not a newbie but here is my problem.......

When ever i switch over channels i get the message display box pop up saying the smart card is invalid , i am still getting every channel so is not that annoying BUT i plan to reconnect talkback tonight and watch the ricky hatton fight , I reconnected talkback earlier on in the week but was unable to order anything so i am thinking this problem has something to do with that.....
ANY CLUES
THANKS
