Erm without buying cards and and a phoenix NO CHANCE !! especially on a 2000
Youll need an :
Unlooper
Phoenix programmer
Either an image for your area for a mosc
Or a fun card image,
Without buying anything you havnt a chance im afraid,

Theres suppliers on this very site mate,
Phoenix depending on what you want can be upto about £45
unlooper around £30-£45
Dynamite programmer will do all cards we currently use although you must have a serial port to run it,same with unlooper must have serial port,
Your looking at about £30 for the dynamite plus
Powersync unlooper is £30 or you can buy the powersync and the TMC phoenix only progger for £40 the pair, but the programmer will only do mosc cards (ie genuine virmin/nthell cards)

You don't physically chip the box (although you would have to open it up to cut talkback, unless you used a 50dB noise filter), you need to unloop and re-program the original card with a modified image to enable your box to receive all channels. If you area has taken the N3 hit then it's pointless buying the equipment until/if a fix becomes available but my money is riding on the "IF" part lol. Read this thread to see if you area has taken the big hit yet.
