I have had a Motorola sb5100 running infinite for while with no problems, but the now the kids have done something to it. I can still connect to the modem with 250 configurator it says Satus online and settings read ok, but when i try to load a web page it wont connect to the internet. I have noticed that the PC activity light now doesn't flash.

So I try to reflash Infinite and if so we could i find the files or which one of these files is it http://download.35mb.com/sb5100e/ Thank You

Unless your kids know to load the Ambit config tool and also know your username and password, its unlikely to be an issue with your modem.
If it is the modem, then it will probably be your MAC address. This will need changing.

If its not the modem, it will be your internet or network settings.
