Default starview 1 clone

my box has had this problem for a while now, it loads up and freezes and displays '0' or '9' very annoying now its completely knackered, so i opened it up and this is how it looks is it fried?

Hi

I think you need to change the caps, check c11 and c21 for bulging leaking etc. Observe polarity when replacing and upgrade caps to 16v some people even upgrade to 25v.

well i know its definitely a clone box before and after checking your link...i want to get a new starview 4 but if this can be fixed whats the point?

If it is the caps change 10v with a 16V,it's a old image.
