Default Factory reset

Encountered a problem with my eurovox box.
I wasn't picking up s*y 2 and s*y 3 so i did a full power scan, but i only picked up 14 TPs and bbc 1 and bbc 2 were not working. Concerned i may be losing out on some channels i deleted all the channels, factory reset my box and completed another power scan.
This time however i only picked up 1 TP and no channels.

I live in the Birmingham area, my signal level/quality is around the 80% mark but flashes to 90% NOW when scanning.
Any help at all wouldn't go unappreciated.

Thank you

have a look in the cdf sticky to see if there is an up to date cdf for your area, if not, remove all splitters so you are hooked up into the main feed, this will scan better
