Hi..

I have a Starview 2 box and have no problem getting all the channels but most of them are just the numbers! I have tried re-scanning a number of times but I just get the same Channel Names.. BBC, Discovery ITV etc are fine but there are a load of others that I have to go into to know what they are. I also have a Starview 3 bos which works fine.. and I've swapped the boxes around and re-scanned so it's definatly not the signal. I've got an Export of the channels from Starview 3 but I cannot import them into Starview 2 as they're in a different format.

Any help would be great!!

Try factory settings then a direct scan (no splitter)

I've tried that.. I've scanned it directly from the cable into the house after a factory reset.. no luck.
