no epg on starview 3

hi guys got a starview 3 thats getting all channels but not getting epg when changing up and down channels or when in epg mode just done a rescan still got same problem oh using starview loader 8.00 on it buts its been fine for ages prob just started today thanks in advance any help welcome

Make sure your time settings are correct. Turn it off from the back switch for a minute then turn it back on. EPG should come back in a minute or two.

mine did the same last week, switching off and on sorted it out...
