Im having problems with a 2110 iv managed to get corrrect ird bk wrote the card every thing fine,gone to power up the box all its doing is standby light ighting up and thats it led screen looks dead nothing happening with box at all apart from standby lighting up red.Eny 1 exsperenced this and found a answer? just seems a shame to get rid of it wen i have correct details please help rizlaman

Hi

You need to check caps on the power board for bulging and leakage.

Hi

Sometimes there is no visible signs but are still faulty might be worth changing them, if you decide to change them change from the 10v to 16v.

Iv tryed 1 spare working psu but it dont work it is from a 2110 but looks diffrent,does nothing powerless.iv checked the board looks fine, power board looks fine 2.I got rid of a few psu power supplys in the bin wish i had kept them now.
Does eny 1 please have a spare psu unit laying around in 1 of there 2110 door stops it would be great if some 1 could help me out,cheers rizlaman

Hi

There are I think 3 different types has to come from exact same type of box, thats probably why the one you tried didnt work.

to my knowledge there is only 2 types but not to sure ive only come across a fused one and a none fused one rizzlaman upload the pic and i look for you i have lots of em im sure i can sort you one out m8
