V.O.D + Box office please wait code being updated?

Hi there the code has updated today on my eurovox and all the channels are working fine but the channels i pick v.o.d and sky box office up on are now just saying please wait code being updated have they changed the codes for these channels only so they wont update?

anyone else getting this freq 555 tvch2 & tvch3 ? it then comes up saying please insert smart card?

I know this is an old thread, but I have never been able to get Box Office in a scan! I live in Belfast, just wondering if anyone else has been able to get Box office on cable??

There is only one PPV event channel and that shows only Live sports events... i.e boxing etc etc

if memory serves me right is that you will only pick this channel up as long as someone has ordered a PPV event within your area

Also it means that you might have the channel missing. back in the days you could have just got the updated CDF file and that would have solve your problem. Now its no point as Freq are constantly changing.

Either way it doesnt make no difference now because N3 has rendered all boxes use less apart from the ones that use c/s.

Thanks Una, the reason Im curios is because a strange thing happened last night! I had lost the S*y Action & Adv channel, I done a rescan which successfully retrieved it, but as I was deleting the untitled channels, suddenly the film Avatar appeared on one of them! I noticed it wasnt on any of the regular film channels! I moved the channel to the list where I store my film channels, but I lost the damn thing when I tried to rename the channel!
Im just wondering if this may be the channel you are referring to??

yup its defo box office mate... they are usually listed as an Unknown channel with a unknown channel number like ''tv654'' etc etc

Avatar is not even showing on any of the movie channels apart from SBO.

As I mentioned before that channel is specifically for Live PPV events and if and when there is no events on then you might catch a movie playing on that channel... In this case it was '' Avatar''
