Right said i would flash starview 1 genuine for a mate used the fix from sunrise all seemed well ,then when complete all that happens is the leds scroll left to right continuosly.

is that right cos i cant get nowt on the box via scart, or av i fooked it,wish i had not touched the fooker,first starview i av ever touched sods law aint it !.

av i missing summat ? tried the `turning on power after loading software again still no luck.
after flashing what should the led dislpay 4,0000 ?like the great eurovox !

help pleeze !

turn box of @ the back set pc to flash then turn s/v on when flash goes to 100% you still have to wait around 30/40 seconds till another box appears

thanks for the reply.
I did that it says `burning flash` then 20 secs later`completed`,but the led still flashing left to right continuously,what do i do now connect to tv?how do i get the menu on the tv ?nothing shows when i put scart in and cable ,box does not resond to remote or the button power on at front of box.

try reflashing the old firmware to see if you can get it working again (if it does) then try re-flashing with the cryptstar v1.4 clonesafe firmware.
