you will have to enter new codes when availlable with thr remote untill new software is availlable.when new software becomes availlable you will then need to install that sw to your box.
if you search for keymaster and install that on your pc then run keymaster prog you will see new keys when availlable to enter the new keys do the following
1. Press Menu, then yellow button, enter provider ID.
2. Provider IDs are 54 01 for N**, 5A 01 for Te*ew***, 5C 01 for C**, 5E 01 for Ch**us.
3. Enter 00 line first and then 01 line. Press OK and exit to view

there are some great guides on this site on how to update keys etc, so if you dont no how to update keys or call yourself a noob, then take 5 min's to read the stickys. Im a noob only got my vox about a week ago so guttered that this has happend.

Im not having a moan at anyone. Just think its common sense.

saying that can anyone tell me how to input new keys......... lol

Iv been a member on here since jan 2008 and not posted much but i come on here most of the time for something to read.

Anyway thats my 2 pence worth!!

Does anyone no what virgin have done to stop the auto update of the keys on the eurovox? If they can just stop it working like that who says they wont just do it again when/if the new firmware comes out?

tried NTL ans CW code am in Runcorn (cheshire). Eurovox Max

Did you get my pm fella. Hopefully it explained a lot for you as I was well miffed myself when buying the box originally.

Let me know as I tried to keep it simple. No need to connect anything to anything, just follow the instructions I pm'ed dude
