I put in codes this morning for NTL and C+W but still didn't work. One C+W code changed today again at about 2.30 so i put that in but still no luck. I'm pretty sure my area was NTL or C+W so i didn't update telewest etc. Do you think this might be the problem?

Ok, have downloaded and will now have to remember where i stashed the serial cable that come with the box....????LOL. Thanks for your help bud, will let you know how i get on.....

i would change them all just to be on the safe side. All the codes are definately working, I have friends on all three who have updated at 3.15 today

Crash, you said you used provider 5401. You sure you shouldn't have entered 5A 01?
