having same problem in blackburn area. also got samsung box and that is just freeview channels that are on. but usualy you cant access any of the other channels but you can but it just has blank screen.????? will they come back on or we got to wait for software?

if it is the nagra change even having the keys wont work. but doubt its nagra and just what virgin did last time hopefully firmware will be available soon. ive noticed my eurovox when i change the keys manually and mess em up it still picks up keys but obviously these aint working but just thinking if its picking up sum of the new key roll but not all of it will have a mess around to see what happens
