Exactly the same thing happened back in April, had to manually update codes for about 10 days. Then new firmware was released which has autorolled keys up to now. Will just be a case of waiting for new firmware which hopefully should be released soon. The main reason I can tell from reading is that VM have recently made friends with sly so your box should pick up sly1, sly 2 SSports News etc and they've told vm to pull their finger out as it costing both companies money. It would cost virgin millions and millions to change their system completely so in the current economic climate I cant see it happening...... but then again you never know!

To manually update your eurovox you need to press menu then yellow button, this gets you into the setup screen. obtain the latest manual update codes! and to install them you will need to know some alphabet keys on your remote. TV = A, RADIO = B, P- = C, P+ = D, INFO = E, RECALL = F. hope this helps someone.

Yep keymaster works fine and has the new keys fairly quickly. Heres hoping the new firmware is out soon tho. Sick fed up of hearing Dad the box is not working, I cannot see the 15th run of Hanna Montana today.

I said to my mrs during united match, if I were VM, I would change the codes just before kick off on the big games, and they changed them just as chelsea were about to kick off...
