Try reading these forums. Please don't expect to just turn up, register and get everything spoonfed to you.

Make sure you have the correct keys and area code (got a specific name for that but cant remember what its called) 5401 5a04 ect. Also make sure you refresh the toolbar to get the latest keys on there. Keymaster seems to be quicker off the mark for updating them, do a trawl of the forum for a link to download the program (its standalone so doesnt sit in a toolbar).

But dont remove bigmaq it will have the FW updates on there at somepoint so you might well need it.

the firmware released whoopy, but this time once downloaded no need to do a re-set i.e. all the channels are still there

manually enter the wrong keys,save and exit,you will get 'code being updated',leave on sly sports 1,then should come back on in about 20 secs,that what i did to try it out,new firmware worked a treat.
