OK I'm officially confused. Having flashed EX5000PVR with new FW (twice), the box still had all its channels (i.e. didn't seem to need power-scan) and menu>config>system info showed new FW version. But it didn't auto update last keyroll, so I bit the bullet and deleted all the channels & flashed it again. Then Power Scanned. No Channels ... AAAGH! But then they gradually re-appeared one-by-one. Any ideas?

i have an ev2 with this firmware from april - EV2_FIX_140408_CORE_070506.BIN

If i get a max blue remote and flash with the latest UFL_MAX_BLUE_30_11_08.exe

firmware what's the chance of it working ? any suggestions ?

If it doesn't work can i re-flash with the old firmware - any opinions?

Download the big mak toolbar and install it,the codes are on there.
Or update the firmware in your box so you dont have to enter codes anymore!

lost setanta channels, every other channel ok, ??hhow do i fix this, the chnnels are blank, no update message, had used keymaster v1.2, then tried manual code insertion, same result, what next?

I have this too funnily enough with the Setanta channels

All others working ok, but just get a "Scrambled Channel" message from these

im sure i read somewhere that you can input the freq in manually

You need to flash your box with new firmware mate, look in threads to find out how.
