Yeah looks like exactly waht happened last March/April... Hopefully there'll be a new firmware release soon but it took a few days last time. I don't know too much about all this but people have been talking about Vgin changing to another type of encryption that could possible not be deciphered by the eurovox's... Lets hope not

Happened around March and we had to get new firmware. Looks like we need to again
