I am very new to these boxes and not very technical. I have a Box super and all channels except free to air are constantly updating but not getting anywhere. I can access the hidden menu but dont want to mess around with it. I am in Midlands area with ntl. Do I need to download anything or input anything??? Any explanation in simple terms would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
