looks like my ddigital box has been zapped it went off today asked my mate who has virgin and his is alright , can anyone help to get it back on again i have not got a clue, all the stations appear sound but when i try to connect it comes up scrambled

Everyone I know with a DDIGITAL box in Glasgow area have lost all but standard BBC1 STV etc.
Have re-loaded software but still doesn't work.
Is there anything newer than 080303 bin file?

Hi I have DDigital Plus box in England and it is gone only BBc channels, I reloaded the software dated 29 April 2008 but no change they are still scrambled...

I was stuck with the same problem and had the keys but no way to put them in, was playing around and found the answer.

Menu -> System Settings > System Information -> Press OK.

Go to Nagravision, highlight your particular area code and press ok, enter numbers.

Search for KEYS and you will find the info you need,

Hi Thanks for the info but there were some parts i need help with. i did everything you said but once i chose nagravision there were a bunch of names there and i did not know which 1 to pick.i tried doing the tv cabo but i noticed that there was 1 free slot left when i finished entering the keys so i tried entering 00 in those free slots. but it still dint work. i hope that u can help further.thanks
