always make sure u putting in the right codes i know some people might think i am taking the mickey here but it is important to mek sure service provider and codes are being inputted in right.
if u have the key master then tw codes have been updated now going about putting them in mek sure u know ur service provider first (important)

now either two ways to do it

1) press menu on remote get into menu and then press yellow button this way mek sure u put in ur service provider and dont forget put the correct codes in on the correct lines so key 00 has key 00 codes and key 01 has key 01 codes

i prefer method 2 way easier as even with the new changes virgin have made the firmware still picks up most the new code for both key 00 and key 01 so usually only have to change 1 digit then back on, but only do this if u have the new firmware on box as otherwise u will have to input the whole keys in

menu>preferences>language settings>press 1968 twice> now u will come to the nagra vision screen look for the name of ur service provider (example) under name it will have telewest and next to it it will have 5a01 thats ur provider>
now next to that it will have key 00 and under that will be key 01>
now all you do is get the new code off keymaster if its been updated and look at the codes for key 01 and key 02>
now look at whether key 00 or key 01 has been changed you can compare the two off the codes in nagravision on tv and the codes you get off key master>
now which ever key has been changed so if its for example key 01 press ok on remote go down to key data and change the value of which ever bit has been changed usually only 1 letter or number and thats it hit blue to save and exit and away u go

i know the second method seems difficult but its not u get used to it quick time and instead of messing with the remote all you do is change one digit or letter and away u go, but only use method two if u have new firmware and its picking up most the code to check this all you do is get new codes from key master and check them against what u have in the nagravision screen
