This is how I updated Keys on my Eurovox

Sorry if this post is in the wrong place but im new to all this,

1. Download and install the Bigmaq tool bar (google it to find application)
2. Once installed click on the big key on the Bigmaq toolbar
3. Download the Keymaster v1.0 application
4. Once dowloaded open the application and you will see all the updated keys you need, if you cant open the app click on the info.txt and follow the link to download the .net framework for windows
5. Once youve got the Keymaster program working click menu on your Eurovox control then the yellow button
6. then type in the updated keys and press OK

Im in the TW area and the new keys worked for me......

What do you put in the provider area for virgin please if you know?

am in Runcorn. tried CW/TW/Pure keys and 5a01 but just says code being updated. Eurovox Max

Mine works perfectly fine with new keys in nthell Pure....

am i doing it right:

menu > yellow
enter the TW key (tried pure too)
i enter 5A 01 in the top box
Press ok to save
exit

i still get please wait code being updated

I get the same error message.

I am in East-London is 5A01 the correct provider please help!!!!!

you need to put the new keys in too...all is explained in the "sticky's"
take some time to read them, and you will understand (hopefully)

You need to enter the rest of the keys in not just the area code in the top box!!!
