Probs getting Keymaster working

Don't know if its just me but i can't get Keymaster to work. I've downloaded the .rar via the link in the toolbar and extracted to the desktop with no problems. The notes file works fine but when I double click the Keymaster icon all i get is an outline of a window with the big red X in the top right corner and nothing else, then the pc freezes and the keyboard goes dead and i have to reboot by pressing the reset button.

And yes i do have .net installed.

So has anyone got any ideas plz before i invent some new swear words?

im having similar probs, everthing installed keymaster up and running but no numbers in the boxes ...............it wont let me input and when i refresh it says check connection and if connection ok then system is down

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! now what????????????

Make sure that any firewalls r disabled or have an active rule in it that lets the keymaster connect thru it 2 get the latest keys
.NET framework 2 should b the least u have installed, .Net 3 is available but not really necessary 4 the keymaster 2 work..
also make sure ur java/flashplayer/shockwave r all up2 date 2..
and sumtimes its better 2 right-click on the keymaster icon+choose Open cos it ocasionally needs a cpl of double-clicks 2 get it goin on some Pcs and it can lead 2 crashes..

If you are having Probs try this:-

Download Keymaster
Install .NET Framework 2.0 or above.
If you dont know which version you have go to ADD/Remove Programs.
If you dont have it - G**gle it.
Install and run WinRAR - again G**gle it if you dont have it.
Extract Keymaster.rar
Run Keymaster.exe once extracted.

There is now a zipped content available for all you folks having probs with running Keymaster.
Just install WinRAR and extract the file.
K*ys will be unzipped.

Your firewall probz blocking KeyMaster to access internet which it needs to update the keys.

Ok all sorted now. I have to disable my software firewall then run keymaster and all seems fine. I have granted keymaster full access within the firewall prog, but it won't update unless the firewall is disabled, althought there is no probs with it running through my router
