Ok a quick test with a 10db attenuator produce expected results - it completely kills the relevant mux/channels, they can not even be displayed. Lowers most other muxes to around 70-75% signal level, with a couple of muxes remaining at around 80%. I've obtained marginal results tweaking the frequency very slightly (0.100Mhz increase appears to help a little) but still regular breakup. I'm assuming at this stage I'm looking at incoming signal issues, not quite sure how to tackle this.

Tested all the sockets in the flat (5 sets) - huge variation. Found one giving an extra 100 channels, so looks like series signal loss either in the flat wiring or in the DA which I don't have access too...
