been searching since the keys rolled but cant find an answer to this

so does any one know the 4 dig prov number for north east on ntl please

Entered the 4 digit code tried the keys and still no joy, Is there anything eslse i can try, I have done my mates box and his came straight back on.

try everything again, i made mistakes without checking them and it wouldn't work for me. I re-entered the codes in again, and it work for me m8
