I had exactly the same problems on the laptop (internet explorer) then tried and succeeded on the desktop (mozilla firefox)...so i'm thinking it's a setting or security issue with internet explorer browser...

You don't really need the toolbar, you need Keymaster.
You'll find links for the keymaster on the forum.

I couldn't get the new ie toolbar installer working either, nor would firefox automatically install the toolbar. I finally got it working by downloading the firefox toolbar via I.E then installing the downloaded file manually in firefox (just drag the addon into firefox it will start installing). The keymaster can be downloaded via the toolbar.

Hope that helps,
Mark.

I've got it now.

When inputting a code, in the last box I only need to put in one digit so how do I remove the other '0'?

E.g.

** ** ** ** 00
i need
** ** ** ** A

You don't remove it, you let the highlight stand. You need two digits in each box for it to work. If there is only one in the last box of the key then leave highlighted whats already in there as the second one, alternatively, just double up the code. If the last figure is A, put in AA, if it's 2, put in 22 and so on.
