Eurovox EX 1000SL Help

Hi,

My name is Sparky, i'm from north shields and i would like to say hi to everyone who uses this forum especially Lincat as he seems to be the main man.

I recently purchased the above box and all was working well, I decided to get rid of both the tv package & phone package through virgin, but keep the broadband as i heard that the box will still work if i plug the cable that normally goes to the modem into the eurovox.

I did that but now it just says updating code but no pictures appears no matter how long i leave it.

On the wall next to the white box i have a tratec 2 way splitter which the left connector goes into the white box, the middle connector goes to the modem, and the left connector went to the virgin box,

any help would be much appreciated as i need my free tv.

Hi sparky everyone is having the same bother,you have two options update the codes on your box manually or wait for new firmware.

Cheers for that, updated manually and worked fine. got up this morning and off again. so i'll fix it later i guess
