how to get the chatterbox toolbar to work on vista any body no iv tryed to in stall but keep getting errors

do it through firefox browser, i had errors trying to do it through ie7

Might be worth downloading Firefox or G00gle chrome or Opera to use as your browser to install that. It could be your Microsoft .net framework blocking it too, but another browser may be your answer.
