I have "The Box" thats all I know of make as here are so many makes and models and mine is version 4.51 I have had 18 months.

I have changed the keys in the Nagravison my default provider is NTL but of course its VM now so NTL is still there as default provider.

I have changed the keys as per toolbar sites and stored after 00 then after 01 edits.

When I exit out and go to any of the cable channels it still updates in fact often goes to 110% but still no channels.

I am in Manchester what am I doing wrong or do I need to update my box if so can someone point me to this.

check that your key emu is on
its on the same box as nagravision
