okay folks im having problems with my starview 4 box. It just sits at "Data is being updated..." on every pay channel. provider is N*L in belfast. Anyone any ideas? ive done a reset to factory defaults but still no joy. anyone else having issues with the The Box Super USB? Ive also made sure EMU etc is on.

well can you point me in the right direction? ive updated to the latest 1.02 beta version and done the usual of a factory reset set.

that will not help you m8 all s/v are awaiting new firmware there is a temp fix you have to enter new codes do some reading as taz as said and you will find what you are looking for

The software isn't the issue its the fact that the latest software no longer auto updates each time theres a key change. you need to download the keymaster application, check the latest keys for your area and input them on your box. Details on how to do it are on the forum in many threads, have a read thru.

ok, so we have got around 50% of the channels but we cannot get the EPG to dowload. I have done a factory reset then turned the keycode back on and installed the channels using TW but alot of them still do not come back on. Live in Liverpool. Do i need any new software of any kind?

Yes you need to update your firmware

live in carlow ireland, v1.12bin file etc and all channels are gone!! have reset factory settings and scanned again but cant get any channels back, they are there on menu alright but no picture or sound?? any ideas????
