probs downloading

Good morning to all.
Ive located the latest firmware 28112008 but i cant download it, its starts to then stops, when i go and to open it my screen starts flashing and comp crashes.
Then i did get it to download, tried to open it and got message saying file to big to open and said search web to open, so i did and it came back and said cant find owt to open it wiv.........

have u used win rar? thats what i used and i worked ok

you need to extract the file first fella, extract it to your c:\ drive and then browse to it using the downloader tool, code/send and away ya go

Thanks for your replys.
Ive tried to click on the link but still no joy, it crashes my comp so went and tried on another but crashed that 1 to and said files are corrupt or invalid.
Any ideas?
