hi im new to this so please be patient.
digivox xl went down on thursday night, says its constantly updating.
have channels like bbc1 bbc2 itv etc but thats it?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated?

box been working ok for 6weeks,now cannot get any channels only 1 to 5.
have flashed box, rescanned till blue in face, scan picks up all channels but none re actually viewable.have got firmware off bigmaq tool bar.

can some one please help
