Starview box... how I sorted mine out.

Took me hours but hopefully If I share my problems it will help others
step by step guide... I was hoping I could post the links but wouldnt allow it for me.. I will try my best to make it as easy as possible.
I was running around in circles and it was doing my head in!

1.Downloaded Key master
used the following link (unfortunatly I cannot post links yet)
Go to the post done by lufc boy... titled Keymaster posted on the 28 09



2.Opened it using Winrar
if you haven't got Winrar download it using the same thread as above

the exe for the keymaster didnt work me until I....

3.updated my browser using the link thats in the info notepad that comes with the key master. (open the infopad and it will be easy to spot trust me)
just copy and paste this into your web browser and it will take you to the site.

I ran the keymaster exe and it worked for me...

The codes came up and used the cable and wireless codes

4. Entered the codes using the following method (I have cut and pasted from another forum) (thanks Martin-f)

press menu
press 1570. this takes you into secret menu
Hit ok on nagravision
and change both keys 00, and key 01

Make sure your cable provider is listed at top N*L or T***WEST C*W C****S ect you have to only input keys for your provider
To change between the 2 keys
highlight key number press right and left
When changed hit ok (To store) after each one..


(YOU MUST SAVE EACH KEY INDIVIDUALLY - I.E. AFTER CHANGING KEY 00 MAKE SURE
YOU STORE BEFORE CHANGING KEY 01 (TO STORE PRESS OK)after this make sure your emu is turned on then go to a paid channel and should update


** My advice would be make sure you have winrar and you have updated your browser before downloading and running the Keymaster**

Took me hours to work it all out hopefully it saves you all time..

Not being picky but you may confuse folk that are already.....i'll be polite and say confused !

i choose cable and wireless then entered the keys for c& w and it worked fine

I've been lucky that I've not had to update previous to the latest key updates... so I was starting afresh with how to get the keys...
I'm sure they're a lot of people who know excatly what to do... but this was meant for first timers... I know a lot of people would have been put through the same ordeal as me... rather than others waste tiem, I thought it would be a good idea to share my experience and I'm a 100% this would have helped a few people out.
