if u have a crossover cable u can connect direct to dbox or use two normal ethernet cables, one from box to router and one from router to pc. lol hope this aint confusing

Frab a spare network cable and plug it into the dbox and connect it to the router.

Then set up an ipaddress on the dbox so you can then ftp into the box from your pc.

if ur using the big maq toolbar to download the new rom 7 and cant see to the left of the tollbar nxt to TCB.cc theres an arrow pointing down click this arrow and refresh toolbar and it should now show when u go to fils and fixes dbox

Soup I tried the nagra rom 7 fix, heres what I did:
1. I downloaded the ROM and extracted it from RAR
2. Deleted the other "nagrarom*.bin" files and then FTP'd nagrarom7.bin over to my Dbox.
3. I went to Advanced and EMU settings (I am running Evocamd), went to "EMU/AutoUpdate" and selected "Activate" on the Autoupdate setting.
4. Did a full reboot of the Dbox

Once the box was booted I went to a non FTA sports channel and waited, but I didnt get any picture. The only way I got a picture was to use the "Dboxkeys" program which was uploaded yesterday and manually FTP over the latest keys and reboot again.

Should I have needed to do that? From what other people in the thread have said the steps I followed above were supposed to be enough to fix the box? Should I have needed to still FTP new keys over?

Anybody any ideas why I keep losing the connection with the Flash FXP program. Have checked all the internet settings are correct on both the box and in the program but don't seem to be able to see any of the box files on the right hand side. Keeps saying its connected and then disconnects and restarts. I have the new file downloaded to laptop and ready to transfer when I can 'see' the box files.
Any help appreciated and thanks in advance
