There's not much you can do with a fixed dish pointing at the satellite that Sky use (28E), apart from subscribe to Sky or Setanta, and for simplicity, use a Sky box.

To make the most of the cam slot, you need to get a multi-satellite setup such as a multi-feed dish or a motorised one.

Not sure about the HUmax HDR, but in general, the CI slot is used for official CAMs or experimental ones such as the Diablo. The oficial CAMS (dedicated for certain encryption types) and the Diablo (programmable) can then be used for official subscriptions such as DigitalB, Art, Nova, etc.

I have a 80cm dish with a quad LNB feeding my sky digibox, reason being I was told the big dish would stop me loosing my signal when it rained heavy, I still have the sky dish, could I
reconnect the sky dish to the sky digibox again and point the 80cm dish at another satellite, (what sat do you recommend I like boxing and docs) and feed that into the humax foxsat, I've just been told the humax freesat+ foxsat HDR won't record none freesat channels Yet, possible with a software update later on, god this satellite stuff does get your head working

I would reccomend putting up a Sky zone 2 dish for your sky box, and fitting a motor to your 80cm dish. Then your options would be open.

The main two makes are Moteck and Stab, plusTechnomate do some that are very similar to the Motecks.

The Moteck sg2100a seems to be a very popular one with many members, and would easily handle a 80cm dish.

I have a Stab HH-90 myself, and much prefer it as the build quality is much better, but it is nowhere near as powerful as the Moteck, and more expensive.

My receiver has twin tuners so two coax cables have to go into the machine so I can record one channel and view another is that right, I noticed on the dish motor It only has two connections I assume one cable from the LNB goes to the motor and the other connection on the motor goes to the receiver, and I would need a other coax from the LNB to the receiver is that how i have to set it up

Yes, you would have to fit a twin LNB to the dish. The 2nd tuner however would have no control over the motor, so the 2nd tuner would only be able to use the same satellite as the first tuner.

Unless of course you put up two motorised dishes.(assuming that the 2nd tuner has the capability to drive a motor)
