How to ftp on windows vista??

Hello chaps,any help would be appreciated looked on forum all guides are xp friendly which is totally different to windows vista anyone out there know a guide for windows vista or could help with this i would appreciate it

Too be honest all of it dont usally prefer this method as it very long so much easier and quicker to use the image flashing assistant but that has its limits ie only good if you have a working image.
I am looking for a windows vista guide not sure if anyone has done this

I am also stuck.

I have vista, crossover cable and flashfxp.

I typed in IP number of my dbox2 but is not connection

Is there a step by step guide how to connect to dbox using vista and flashfxp. i have sporter image.

Its a pain isnt mate!!!! so much easier and hassle free to use image flash assistant only draw back u got to have a working image which not released yet

Network settings seem to be different mate in the windows xp guide
