Whats the cheapest package at VM?

As title. I've been told that you only need an active phone line in order to have a live tv feed, but i know they are 2 seperate cables (tv/phone) I've also heard of the minimum cost of being a fiver, but how is that so, when the cost of a phone line is £11?

A phone line on its own is no good to you. The TV and the Broadband come down a coax to your home, the telephone comes down ordinary telephone wire. However when you order the phone, the basic TV package is free. So it will cost you £11 per month.
