Digivox Help

Hi there im pretty new to this so if anyone can help it would be very much appreciated .

I have a digivox 2007 box and on all my channels it just constantly updates. Ive had it working fine for around 6 months and now nothing. Now i dont know all the technial jargon that surrounds this stuff and im new to it all so if someone can help me out in as simple terms as possible that would be great. I have a RS232 cable which i got told i would need to update my firmware. So where can i get the firmware or software or whatever it is i need to get this working again?

Im in the Glasgow area.

when i go into the system information it gives me this...

Model Digivox
s/w version v02-2.6000bk
boot version 01
date 1 Jan 2007

Can anyone help me out here please.

Thanks but if you had bothered to read my post you will see i dont know what im looking for, this is why i asked. Whats the point in looking at forums if i dont know what im looking for.

So i take it everyones boxes are the same and there is nothing i can do just now?

Just wasnt sure because i dont know how this all works or how to do any of this, im less than a novice at this lol
